Dougall & Associates is…
Bonnie Dougall
Bonnie Dougall is the managing partner of ‘Dougall & Associates’ Real Estate BVI. Bonnie has been involved with Real Estate in both Canada and the BVI for over 21 years. Born in Alberta Canada, she attended the University of Alberta obtaining a B Sc with Honors in Computing Science. However after meeting her husband Fred Warrilow, an experienced renovator, they began to invest in buying, renovating, renting and selling real estate in the Toronto area of Ontario Canada for over 15 years. Upon a sailing trip to the BVI in 1987, Bonnie & Fred bought their BVI tropical beach house and have been addicted to the BVI ever since.
In 2002, Bonnie & Fred moved permanently down to the BVI. She worked for various BVI Realty companies finding both renters and buyers for a wide variety of homes and land here. However in late 2008, she decided to launch her own Real Estate Company.
Bonnie enjoys the Real Estate business and loves to help clients find the home or land of their dreams either to rent or buy. For clients wishing to sell their Properties, with her experience in home renovation, Bonnie can give Owners a lot of input on how best to market and ‘stage ‘ their home to achieve a fast sale for the most money.
Just as important, once a Sale or Rental has been negotiated, Bonnie focuses on following through the entire legal pathway to the end, helping clients understand and feel comfortable with process.
