The luxurious 5-star condo units can be leased, rented, or kept as one’s own secret hideaway.
Each retreat will have a kitchen, satellite radio and television, its own standby generator system, an abundant supply of fresh water, and full management services available for all the guest’s and owner’s needs. The swimming pool are complemented by lush tropical landscaping that adorns the paths throughout the property. Of course, beyond these modern conveniences lies the opportunity to escape to the romance and seclusion of the property’s beachfront that offers miles of beaches to the west and to the east, along with complimentary sunsets that will take your breath away.
Anegada Beach Club’s final build-out is proposed to have single units, as well as 11 customized villas with access to all amenities and services. During construction, owners will have the opportunity to combine their adjoining units.
Accommodation units will have a fully equipped state of the art kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher so that guests have a choice of eating in or eating out at various local Anegadian restaurants through out the island. In addition, each unit will have luxurious new furniture and lighting plus tastefully appointed bathrooms. A large private deck will be added to each hotel unit with new all weather outdoor furniture and a barbeque grill.
A large flat screen television, iPod docks, cable TV, high speed wireless internet, in-room safe and an all-in-one fax/printer will be standard features in each unit. In addition to having two 56” Tommy Bahama designer ceiling fans, each hotel unit will also be fully air-conditioned.
On site property management as well as the option to rent out individual accommodations is also envisioned.
